Sacred Heart Preparatory Robotics

About the Team

Sacred Heart Preparatory Robotics was the robotics team for my high school consisting of both a FIRST Robotics team and multiple FIRST Tech Challenge teams. When I first entered high school, the team consisted of 10 members and only participated in the FIRST Robotics competition. Graduating from high school, the team had grown to 40 members, had multiple new FIRST tech challenge teams, and was a far stronger program overall.

My Contributions

  • Held positions as team captain, mechanical lead, and CAD lead

  • Grew team by 400% and generated an additional 20k in fundraising

  • Restructured design strategies and implemented Fusion 360 CAD software
